To promote the development and strengthening of a comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction between Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, that opens a new era in the fulfillment of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation. We strive to create a platform where the business communities of both countries can meet, exchange ideas, resources and experiences, and outline the prospects for bilateral investment cooperation.

To create an international communication platform that brings together representatives of government, business, and public associations for a constructive dialogue towards advancing foreign trade and industrial, technological and scientific cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
